It’s so easy for me to hide behind my computer screen. As a church editor sometimes I forget about the people we are impacting. I can easily get stuck only seeing the little world I live in.
Thursday I went out to our Food Distribution to get some snap shots. When I saw the lines of people waiting to get food, it was hard to believe this takes place very week at my church. I first felt awkward taking photos of people but soon I was greeted with smiles. Hanging out at our Food Distribution, I was reminded why I love my church, why I do what I do, why I came back.
To give, to love, and to be a part of a place where the lost can be found and the hungry can be fed.
This is home.
